Chicken Soup

So... I have a cold. Thus, chicken soup. Enjoy.



Norsk
1/2 (80g) kyllingfilet i biter
1/4 (40g) løk, finhakket
1/2 ss (6g) smør
1/4 ss karri
1 fedd finhakket hvitløk
1/2 boks (200g) hakkede tomater
0.25 dl (25g) vann
0.75 dl (75g) matfløte*
1/2 grønnsakbuljongterning
Søtning tilsvarende 1/4 ts sukker
~1 ss finhakket ingefær

- Smelt smør i en kjele, fres løk, tilsett karri, bland, stek kylling og hvitløk
- Tilsett vann, tomater, buljong, matfløte, søtt og ingefær - kok i 5-10 min

1/4 (40g) onion, finely chopped
1/2 tbs (6g) butter
1/4 tbs curry spice
1 clove finely chopped garlic
1/2 can (200g) chopped tomatoes
0.25 dl (25g) water
0.75 dl (75g) single cream*
1/2 vegetable bullion dice
Sweetening corresponding to 1/4 ts sugar
~1 tbs finely chopped ginger

- Melt butter in a pot, fry onion, add curry, mix, fry chicken and garlic.
- Add water, tomatoes, bullion, cream, sweetening and ginger - boil for 5-10 minutes.


*Can be replaced with coconut milk
