Norsk
1 boks kikerter (kok de i 30 minuter hvis de ikke er myke nok)
30-50g tahini
masse hviløk (pulver, puré eller finhakket/most)
salt
sitronsaft (10 ml-1/2 sitron)
olivenolje

- Mos og bland alt og tilsett vann og/eller olivenolje for å regulere.
- Server med paprikapulver og olivenolje til pynt.

1 can of chickpeas (boil for 30 minutes if they are not soft enough)
30-50g tahini
lots of garlic (powder, purée or finely chopped/mashed)
salt
lemon juice (10 ml-1/2 lemon)
olive oil

- Mash and mix everything and add water and/or olive oil to adjust.
- Serve with paprika powder and olive oil.
