4 eggehviter
25 g malte mandler
25 g malte solsikkekjerner
25 g linfrø
25 g sesamfrø
1 ts bakepulver
1-2 klyper salt



- Visp eggehviter stive og vend forsiktig inn malte mandler, malte solsikkekjerner, frø og bakepulver.
- Fordel røren i fire klatter på bakepapir.
- Stek på 175 grader nederst i ovnen i ca 20 min.

4 egg whites
25 g ground almonds
25 g ground sunflower seeds
25 g flaxseed
25 g sesames
1 ts baking powder
1-2 pinches of salt



- Whip the egg whites stiff and add carefully the ground almonds, ground sunflowerseeds, flaxseeds, sesames and baking powder.
- Divide the batter into four lumps on a baking parchment.
- Put in the bottom of the oven at 175°C at the bottom for about 20 minutes.
