With chickpea burgers
Norsk
300g blomkål per person
salt etter smak
evt. muskat
- Kok blomkålbitene du vil ha i omtrent 15 minutter (til det er veldig mykt)
- Miks til det er så jevnt som du vil ha det, og tilsett resten etter smak
With "kjøttkake"

300 grams of cauliflower per person
salt to taste
perhaps some nutmeg
- Boil the cauliflower bits you want for about 15 minutes (until reeeally soft)
- Mix until it's as smooth as you like it, and add the rest to taste
With an odd 'socca batter and onion' mixture
