If you don't feel like standing by the pots and pans this afternoon, and would much rather watch paint dry (or vegetables bake), keep on reading. Just smear a dish with butter or oil, chop the vegetables and meat you want, season/spice it up, put it in the dish, put the dish in the oven at 200 degrees and leave it there until it looks tasty. This should take about 20-30 minutes.
Here's a version with a huge piece of pork sirloin, carrot, broccoli and garlic. The other dish is filled with stuff like mushrooms, onion, pepper, kohlrabi, and... stuff. Perfect for dinner - and lunch!
