Scandinavian waffles II

A slightly more simplified version than the previous one. Approved by high-carbers as well.
Sukkerfrie, melfrie, glutenfrie og lavkarbo vafler
Norsk - 6 vaffelplater
200g kremost (Philadelphia)
2-3 ss sukrinmelis (evt. annen søtning etter smak)
Noen klyper vanilje
Noen klyper malt kardemomme
4 egg
1 1/2 ts bakepulver
1 1/2 ss fiberhusk
- Visp sammen egg og kremost til en glatt røre
- Tilsett alle ingrediensene og bland godt
- La røra stå og svelle til den blir litt tykkere enn vanlig vaffelrøre (spe på med fløte om den blir for tykk)

200g cheese spread (Philadelphia)
2-3 tbs powdered erythritol (or other sweetener to taste)
A few pinches of vanilla
A few pinches of ground cardamom
4 eggs
1 1/2 ts bakingpowder
1 1/2 tbs psyllium seed husks
- Whip together eggs and cheese to a smooth batter
- Add all the ingredients and mix well
- Leave the batter to get a bit thicker than regular waffle batter (add some cream if it's too thick)
