Sukkerfri ostekake med mandelbunn


Norsk
Bunn:
250g hakkede mandler
100-150g romtemperert smør
- bland godt og legg i papirkledd rund form. (hakk mandlene godt og doser smøret. Jeg brukte 100g og syntes det ble liiitt meget.)

Fyll:
1 boks seterrømme
1 pk kremfløte
1 pk Eldorado jordbærgele (1/2 mengde vann)
1 pk Tine kremost naturell
- lag geleen og la den stå til avkjøling
- rør sammen kremost og rømme til den blir klumpfri
- visp kremen
Bland til slutt alt sammen, rør forsiktig. Tøm over bunn og la det stå kaldt over natten.
(Noen har vistnok klart å lage denne med 2dl funlight , 1 dl vann og 4ts gelatinpulver, istedenfor gelé)

Base:
250g chopped almonds
100-150g butter at room temperature
- mix well and put in a cake tin covered in paper. (Chop the almonds well and dose the butter. I used 100g butter and found it to be a biiiit too much.)

Filling:
1 (300g) box sour cream
1 pack (1/3 liter) whipping cream
1 pack (21g) sugar free strawberry jelly (1/2 amount water)
1 pack (100g) cream cheese
- make the jelly and cool it for a while
- mix the cream cheese and sour cream until it's lump free.
- whip the cream
In the end you mix it all together, stir carefully. Pour on the base and leave it i the fridge over the night.
(Someone has apparently managed to make this with 2dl sugar free undiluted squash, 1 dl water and 4 tea spoons gelatin powder, instead of jelly)
