Norsk
1kg elgkjøtt
1 liten rødløk
150g fersk champignon
300g crème fraîche
3 dl vann (bør kanskje sløyfes)
1 ss ekte dijonsennep
salt og pepper
smør til steking

Kort oppsummert: stek kjøttet oppskjært i stekepanne når smøret er nøttebrunt. Fres til de begynner å bli brune og ha over i kjele med smør. Stek oppskjært løk og sopp til løken blir blank i mye smør. Ha det overi gryta, ha i vann og kok opp. Ha i resten og la hele grya trekke i mint 30 min. Se kilde for detaljer.

3 dl water (you might wanna leave this one out)
1 table spoon real dijon mustard
salt and pepper
butter for frying

Short summary: Fry the meat chopped in pieces in a frying pan until the butter is brown. Fry until the meat starts getting brown and put it in a casserole with butter. Fry chopped onion and champignon until the onion is all shiny in butter. Put it in the casserole, add water and boil it. Add the rest and let the entire casserole absorb (? - excuse my shitty English. This was not an easy translation) in at least 30 minutes.
