50g/0,5 dl rømme/crème fraiche
litt salt
2 ss fiberhusk
kruskakli (10 gram? Kanskje for mye)
1 ts bakepulver
Bland egg, ost, rømme, salt og fiberhusk og la det stå. Se så hvor mye kruskakli du trenger, 10g er kanskje nok, eller for mye. 18g var hvertfall for mye, men de er fine når de er klumpete også. Bland i bakepulver til slutt, og del i 6-8 klatter på bakepapir og stek på 170 grader i 15-20 minutter. (jeg foretrekker 20 minutter for da blir de gylne)

2 table spoons psyllium seed husks
wheat bran (10 grams? Might be too much)
1 tea spoon baking powder
Mix egg, cheese, sour cream, salt and psyllium seed husks and leave it for a while. Then find out how much wheat bran you need. 10 grams may be enough, or too much. 18 grams was definately too much, but they are nice when they are bulky also. At last, add the baking powder, and distribute the mixture in 6-8 splotches on parchment paper and bake it for 15-20 minutes. (I prefer 20 minutes, because that makes them more golden)
