Crackers

Norsk - ca 20 stk.
100 g sesamfrø
25g linfrø(Ev bare sesamfrø)
50 g mandelmel
1 stor ss fiberhusk
2,5 dl vann
1/4 ts salt..liten skvett flytende natren

- Rør sammen alt og smør utover bakepapirkledt plate...
- Rut opp deigen med pizzahjul.
- Stek på 160°C varmluft i 45-50 min.

Veldig godt til ost. (Neste gang skal jeg prøve å strø salt på dem, og kanskje droppe linfrø. Kanskje blir de mer like Ritz kjeks da)



English - approx 20 pieces

25 g flaxseed(or sesame only)
50 g almond flour
1 big table spoon psyllium seed husks
2,5 dl water
1/4 tea spoon salt.. and a little dash liquid natreen

- Stir it all together and smear it across a baking tray covered in parchment paper.
- Cut it in squares with a pizza knife.
- Put it in the oven at 160°C convection for 45-50 minutes.

Very good with cheese. (Next time I'll try to sprinkle them with salt, and perhaps skip the flaxseed. Perhaps it would be more like Ritz crackers that way)
