3 egg
1 klype salt
1/2 ss splenda
2 toppede ts johannesbrødkjernemel eller fiberhusk
- Skill eggene, visp hvitene med saltet stivt. Tilsett plommene og sikt oppi johannesbrødkjernemel/fiberhusk og splenda. Visp kraftig for en fluffy røre.
- Hell i en 24cm kakeform og stek på 200°C varmluft i 10 minutter.
(vanlig ovn: 220°C i 10 minutter)
(Bruk 3 ss splenda og du har en bløtkakebunn!)

1/2 table spoon splenda
2 topped tea spoons toppede ts locust bean gum or psyllium seed husks
- Separate the eggs, whip the whites with the salt stiff. Add the yolks and pour in the locust bean gum/psyllium seed husks and splenda. Whip it heavy for a fluffy mixture
- Pour it in a 24cm springform pan and put it in the oven at 200°C convection for 10 minutes.
(common oven: 220°C for 10 minutes)
(Use 3 table spoons splenda and you've got yourself a cake base!)
