4 eggehviter
1 ss FiberHusk
15 g mandelmel (fettredusert)
60 g kremost eller creme fraiche
0.5 ts salt
- Bland alle ingrediensene med stavmikser, la svelle 15 min.
- Press til 4 tynne tortillas på et stekebrett ved hjelp av plastfolie, og dra plasten forsiktig av.
- Stekes på 150 grader i ca. 20 minutter, til de er faste. Snu dem etter halve tida.
Different versions: with and without almond flour:
English
4 egg whites
1 tbs psyllium seed husk
15 g almond flour
60 g cream cheese or creme fraiche
0.5 ts salt
- Mix all of the ingredients and leave for 15 minutes.
- Press into four thin tortillas on a baking tray with the help of plastic foil, and pull the plastic carefully off.
- Put in the oven at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes, until they are firm. Flip them over after 10 minutes.
